About this project

Fabricated for a modern retail location in Masaka, these channel letters feature matte black painted aluminum faces and returns. Built-in 6000K cool white LEDs project light onto the backer, producing a stark silhouette during night operation.

Challenge

Ensuring high letter legibility when the letter face itself remains completely unlit at night.

Solution

Selected high-lumen, wide-angle LED modules to maximize the halo boundary around each dark letter edge.

Result

A sleek, high-contrast visual display that aligns with modern minimalist brand aesthetics.
